1. Who we are
Altra is a school and lab for applied AI. This members area and its products are operated from Brazil by the company of Lucca Barros Gambeta ("Altra", "we"). By creating an account or using any product, you agree to these terms.
2. Your account
Your access is linked to your email. Keep your password private and don't share your account. We may suspend accounts used to share, resell or redistribute paid content.
3. Purchases and payments
Payments are processed by a third-party checkout provider, which shows the price, taxes and payment terms before you pay. We don't store your card details. Access to a paid product is unlocked for the email used at checkout.
4. Refunds
You can ask for a refund within the refund window stated at checkout. When a refund is approved, access to that product is removed.
5. License to use the content
Manuals, tools, prompts and other materials are licensed to you for personal and professional use in your own projects and client work. You may not resell, republish or share them as they are, in whole or in part. Free kits based on open-source projects keep the license of the original project, which is included with the files.
6. Third-party tools
Our products teach you to use tools from other companies, such as Claude by Anthropic. Those tools have their own terms and prices, and they can change at any time. Altra is not affiliated with Anthropic.
7. No guarantee of results
We teach methods we use in our own work, but results depend on you, your market and the tools. We don't promise income or specific outcomes.
8. Changes
We may update products, add or remove content, and change these terms. If a change is significant, we'll let you know by email or in the members area.
