1. Who is responsible

This members area is operated from Brazil by the company of Lucca Barros Gambeta ("Altra", "we"). We are responsible for the personal data described here.

2. What we collect

• Account data: your name, email and password (stored encrypted by our login provider).
• Purchase data sent by the checkout provider: product, transaction ID, status and the email used. We don't receive your card details.
• Usage data: lessons completed, items copied or downloaded, and the answers you give in tools such as the diagnosis, so the product can work for you.
• Basic technical data, such as an anonymized code of your internet address, to prevent abuse.

3. How we use it

• To create your account, unlock what you bought and keep your progress.
• To send emails about your account and purchases (login links, access, refunds).
• To send news and free materials, only if you agree. You can unsubscribe anytime with one click or in My account.
• To keep the platform secure and improve our products.

4. Who we share it with

We use service providers to run the platform: database and login hosting, website hosting, video hosting, email delivery and the checkout provider. They only process data to provide these services. We don't sell your data.

5. International transfers

Our providers may store data in Brazil, the United States or other countries, with safeguards required by applicable law.

6. How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active and for as long as needed to meet legal, tax and accounting duties.

7. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, export or delete your data, or withdraw consent for marketing emails. Write to us and we'll reply within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies

We use only the cookies needed to keep you logged in and to make the platform work. We don't use advertising cookies in the members area.
